Power & Greed...oil, natural gas, pipelines, central banks.

Then there's always pipelines for natural gas.

Sure your probably wondering what the hell does Turkmenistan have to do with Syria and or Iran, well look at this picture

If you were going to undermine the Russians by tapping into Turkmenistan's natural gas fields you would need to angle/directional drill from Iran or Afghanistan and then build a pipe line thru Iran, thru Iraq and then thru Syria to reach the Mediterranean Sea and thus securing a large natural gas reserve for Europe that Russia can't shut off.

From that pic you can already see the proposed pipe lines from Afghanistan to India.

Lets not forget Syria also doesn't have a Rothschild central bank

America has never been a democracy or a republic, it has always been a hypocrisy!!

If you think your free, then you cant escape.

Anyone notice how much the US and Georgia have been meeting together of late? Just look at the map above where Georgia is located......look at all of the countries on the map and where the West has their troops...and you'll see what I'm talking about....the West is trying to cut off Russia and China....not only from getting oil....but from saving Iran.....

RE: 'Half of Damascus falls to rebels'
Russia has its own fish to fry in Syria, not least the fact that the Syrian port of Tartus is home to Russia's only Mediterranean naval base. They also have a profitable arms trade as well as historical ties to the Assad family - a holdover from the Soviet days.

But it is clear that their veto of a UN Security Council resolution backing an Arab League plan that would have Assad voluntarily giving up power to his Vice President while an interim government worked toward democratic elections has emboldened the dictator. After 400 or more civilians were killed over the weekend in the flashpoint city of Homs, Assad's forces continued their machine gun and mortar barrage on Monday killing another 95....

Lebanese security officials seize suspicious cargo from US, Brazil

Lebanon’s security officials say a suspicious cargo containing huge amounts of US dollars, guns, special passports and credit cards have been seized upon arrival in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, from the US and Brazil.

The items, packed in a number of chests and delivered via airmail, were discovered at Beirut’s airport, the Lebanese security officials said.

The chests also contained a list of both well-known and ordinary Lebanese citizens including a figure related to Salafi extremist groups. The security officials have summoned a number of the individuals, whose names were on the list, arresting some of them.

David Cameron gave the green light to a three point plan to force Syrian dictator Bashar Assad to quit yesterday, approving plans to train spindoctors to help the Syrian opposition win support.

British officials will help opposition leaders draw up a joint platform for the future of their country and then train them in how to win over the Syrian people.

Details of the plan were signed off yesterday when the Prime Minister chaired an hour-long meeting of the National Security Council
