If her kids get run over by a truck or kidnapped by a serial killer, it's her tough luck, not theirs. Hey, they could even get some good attention-whoring in on Nancy Grace or something at that point... (is Nancy Grace still on even?)

I used to be out for HOURS at a time as a kid and my mum had no clue where I was or what I was doing and trust me, I liked it that way. Not that I got up to mischief but I always hated nosy people, even as a little kid.

And I lived in a third world country with a very high crime rate then...
