U.S. Defense Secretary warns Japan-China territorial spat could lead to war; urges calm on both sides

When you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing

When you see that men get rich more easily by graft than by work, and your laws no longer protect you against them, but protect them against you

You may know that your society is doomed

Mineral resources. And fish. I would hate to see these 2 go to war. (or us)
It's interesting to watch different cultures stand up for what they believe in. JMHO.

Japan has been through so much, I would like to hear more from their side.

It looks like this time it's on like Donkey Kong.

China is flexing its muscles – time to worry
It would be crazy if a bunch of five uninhabited rocks precipitated a military conflict between two of the world powers. That doesn't mean it won't happen.

Interesting article

Quote: If the overriding interest of the Chinese leadership is economic stability, it cannot make sense to endanger trade and investment with its most prosperous neighbour. Indeed, the Communist Party’s Propaganda Department has issued instructions to the state media to desist from reporting on Japan’s alleged misdeeds.

One can only hope....
