When a thread gets so large, the last post on the page will not display for the poster until another user adds a post. It does not matter if the same poster makes another post, or not ~ usually it dumps me back to page one. It is an annoyance easily overcome with a new thread ~ I doubt many were using the thread for archival purposes.
